SleepMetric (“we”, “us”) operates sleepmetricscience.com and app.sleepmetricscience.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to deliver content, tools, and products — and we never sell your personal information.

- Email address — when you download a free guide, use the full results of a free tool (such as the Bedtime Optimizer), or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Purchase information — when you buy a product, our checkout provider collects your name, email, and payment details. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages — anything you send us at team@sleepmetricscience.com.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and similar technologies — used for site performance (caching), embedded media, and, where enabled, advertising and analytics. See the cookies section below.
- Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you asked for — free guides, tool results, purchased products, and app access links.
- To send our email newsletter and related offers, if you subscribed. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To process purchases, deliver products, and provide customer support.
- To keep the site fast, secure, and improving.
The services we rely on
- Email — MailerLite. Our email lists and newsletters are managed by MailerLite. Your email address is stored on their platform and handled under their privacy policy.
- Checkout — ThriveCart. Purchases are processed through ThriveCart and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). Payment card data is handled entirely by them.
- App access. The SleepMetric Protocol Engine (app.sleepmetricscience.com) uses secure access links sent to your email. It does not require an account or password and does not store a user database.
- Embedded video — YouTube. Our video embeds use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until you press play.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Hostinger and uses caching technology (LiteSpeed) that may set functional cookies.
Affiliate links
SleepMetric participates in affiliate programs, including Digistore24, ClickBank, and Awin. Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate networks may use cookies to attribute the referral. We only recommend products we have genuinely assessed, and articles containing affiliate links carry a disclosure.
Advertising
We may display ads (for example, through Google AdSense). Ad providers may use cookies to show ads relevant to you. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality (for example, video playback or cached page performance), but the core content will still work.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and customer-support purposes.

Wherever you live, we extend the same rights to you: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us their email, contact us and we will delete it.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
